We really hope that you are pleased with your item however if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied please notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will endeavor to refund your order. Please ensure in order for us to refund the item it is still in its original box with the tags in place, we cannot refund any item that has been repackaged or removed from the original box.
We do not accept returns on Custom made orders and personalised creations these are not included in the above returns policy.
Please note goods that are made of dried flowers are naturally fragile we ensure that all dried flower orders are densely packed with enough stems to allow for the slight shedding of petals, seed or small fibres whilst in transit this is normal and does not mean that the item has broken due to this alone.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Please consider using a tracked service for your return if you choose to return your items. This will ensure you are protected against loss or damage whilst in transit as we are unable to ensure the item is delivered to us.
